Dear Friends, Greetings to you. We trust you had a good weekend. Dale, Madge and family have finally moved into a house in Kuruman over the past weekend. On route Madge had an accident, she went off the road and hit a culvert. It was a miracle that the car didn't roll and 7 month old Jonathan was strapped in his seat next to her. The airbag popped open on impact. The right front wheel and the suspension was damaged badly, so the car is a right-off. Madge had an Xray at the Vryburg hospital, but she is just bruised. Jonathan doesn't seem to be hurt at all. Dale was able to drive his car to Kuruman. They now have a hired car until the insurance pays out then they will have to get another car for Dale to get to work and back. We were very shocked to get this news but we are so grateful that God spared their lives. It's Dale's birthday today so I need to phone him soon at the office. Cell phone reception at their home is bad!!
Charmaine has a big work function to organize for the 14 October. Please pray that all the arrangements will come together for the event, here in Cape Town. We had my brother and sister-in-law visit for the long weekend so we changed the "studio" into a guest room while they were here. It was good to see them again. Then last week we changed the room back into a "studio" again, ready to film. We are starting on the third lesson, on the importance of reading the Bible, for our new DVD. I have sewn new curtains to hang up and we have covered small boxes to look like small books for a bookcase, we have made an artificial window that has a scene of the houses in the Valley of 1000 Hills area as the view. Yours together in His service, Brian & Lorraine Milner
